and i have a few questions.

First off this box is awesome and i can't believe i used that FLU for so long.

I have got it up and running i used coolsat pro loader v.2.4 and bin file coolsat_NORW_12020060323.stb

I used a channel list from the channel list section on this site.

I used the feb 22 key file.

I am using a DP lnb.

I have all my channels but i had to scan several times to get everything i wanted. So i have some duplicates and need to rearrange some and rename some.

My question is how do i read my channels from my CS600 to channel master since coolsat is not listed in the set top box type section.

I also have numerous extra dishes and legacy and single lnb's and i would like to learn how to pick up some extra channels other than those on 110 and 119 since that is all i have ever had.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated thank you all

Hi Bellyball,

To pull the channel list out of your CS 6000, use you pro loader. On the Channel tab make sure you change to direction AND rename the file. Once downloaded, C# Channel Master http://forums.dsstester.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=46381 to move / remane the channels. Once complease do a Save as Network Database file (NDF).

Then simply upload to CS 6000 with pro loader. NOTE: it's highly suggested that you upload to Normal Channels NOT Default Channels

I too am interested in the coolsat 6000. I also have a dp. Just curious if you could provide more insight on the 6000 setup. Maybe some helpful tips or links.

Thanks in advance.

you dont need a channel list with coolsat 6000 just scan echo 6,8 first then scan echo 7 then the receiver will put all channels in order thats how i did mine after that just press the sat button and choose echo 6,8 or echo 7 or echo package

you dont need CM but it makes it nicely labled using templates.
