Please can any body help me find CoolTec 4000 Factory default software. When I enter 8282, The first Bin I am getting SECA instead of NAGRAVISION. My 1st Nagravision starts at 61 with PolSat. The Dish Netwaork is on 74 but only with 00,01. I am not getting 10,11,20,21, on Dish Network or on Express View. My receiver is not working for last few months and i did not bother. I need to feed in new keys but am having problems with the above. Can anybody help?

Try a factory reset, and if that doesn't work redo the 119 or 120 bin. Then you should be all ready to go.
