try factory flash then 1.19 unless you use provider on 1.20
mine is good with 1.19:)

Yup, do as Skunker says...put the factory bin on first, then put on 1.20

yeah it works now guys, it turns out that this channel template (Tony m) or "another for 110 and 119" which was from the member files section, does not work with my coolsat. every time I write it the box looses all signal qaulity. I do a factory flash and load a different channel list and all works fine. thanx for the help .<_<

Why do you want a channle list? Just do an auto scan. What is the benifit of a channel list? All you have to do is go to menu istallation than auto scan. Highlight the birds you want scanned, then click on scan o the right. Quick and simple.

well a channel list has many benefits as far as settings go , i scan my birds , then apply a cranking list to it , edit it the way i like to ( change some names of channels favorites ect.) then i create a template to use for a few weeks , months until it needs to be redone and then start over. but the key is the information on the master channel list.
download a popular channel list and compare it to one of your fresh scans in channel master , look at properties of satellites but at channels in particular
and you will get an idea of what i mean.
however i do understand what you mean about using your own scan.
maybe i feel sub standard using FTA and this makes me feel like i'm testing
something ??? well if it's not testing it's a learning experience for sure :)
