hi, i have both models of these receivers, i cannot access the music channels by pressing the tv/music button on my remote, i get nothing, no music stations at all. anyone know why and what i need to do in order to get these channels working? My other viewsat 2000 plat. and pansat 2700a have no problems at all getting in the music stations and i am using the same channel list for all of these receivers. Please help. Thank you...
