HI,
I am a newbie to FTA world. I have just download the new update Auto roll for Ariza 700. It is working fine but got a new problem, i have got 2 satellites hooked up on my Ariza. one is 119 W and another is 148 W. All the Ethnic channels on verticle polarity are not coming and i can see that when i go in settings, i.e. if the TP set on 12239 H20.000, the quality and level at the bottom is green that means it is getting all the signals but as soon as i change the TP to 12223 V20.000, the green light on level change to yellow and there was no quality. Please note that all the horizontal channels are working just fine. It is only all the ethnic channels on vertical polarity that do not work. i have change the LNB on the satellite, I have change the direction of the satellite but no luck. It is look like the receiver problem not the satellite. Any one knows what the problem is? Am i missing something or do i have to download something else to get the channels. Please help I really appreciate it.
