:) This process is slow but it will work. This requires Windows XP, Intervideo WINDVD Creator, and Windows Movie Maker
INSTRUCTIONS TO BURN DVD FROM PANSAT 6000HVC PVR FILES
(After 1st time, skip items 2 thru 9)
1.Download movie.pvr file from STB to My Videos Folder on PC using instructions in manual.
2. Enter Control Panel.
3. Select Appearance and Themes.
4. Select Folder Options.
5. Select File Types.
6. Select PVR.
7. Change to Open with Media Player.
8. Select View.
9. Remove check from “Hide extensions for known file types.”
10. Open My Video Folder and right click on movie.pvr.
11. Rename to movie.mpeg.
12. Open Windows Movie Maker.
13. Select Import Video
14. Select movie.mpeg
15. Edit movie if needed.
16. Select Finish Movie - Save to my computer as file named “movie.avi“.
17. Select Other Settings DV-AVI(NTSC)
18. Close Movie Maker.
19. Open Intervideo WinDVD Creator
20. Select Create CD/DVD with existing Video File
21. Select “movie.avi”
22. Drag movie.avi onto storyboard.
23. Select Timeline and select desired chapter points by clicking on timeline and selecting split clip.
24. Select Add Menu and choose menu style and button style.
25. Select Make Movie
26. Select Burn to disc and choose format based on time of your movie.
27. Insert DVD and select start.
