Can someone please explain to me in very simple and detailed instructions on how to correct the following;

I have downloaded the 269 autoroll fix bin files to my Ariza 700, scanned the channels and is now getting some channels.
My problem is that, I am seeing four of the same channels (some with blank-no signal screens) and I am also not getting a lot of the other chanels.
