I have an open ex-sub 102/rev103 with the old BKs and ird# but I don't think the Dt08 is any good. Also I have the BKs and ird# from my 2700 but I believe it had a blue card in it. Will the Gendt08 sk v2.2 program mate the two together? If not what is the best way?

Timeclock if you haven't already got that going heres a suggestion. Open your original saved 102 image in N2Edit, click the data tab and look on the left and see if you have a 0A??? tier. If you do you should be able to click on it and see 89 bytes of data info in the top right pane. If you have one you have your own private info. Just write the boxkeys and ird number from the card to your irds tsop and also write a virgin eeprom. Then open your card image in something like romexplorer and clean tiers and reorganize it. Then add the tiers you want and a ppv string. Make sure you also set a new expire date in your 01 tier on your card image. Use N2 edit and open your new card image, clean codespace, patch blocker V22 and write to your card.

If you don't have a 0A??? tier on your original card image. Go to this link and get the 102 fix. http://forums.dsstester.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=48362 Write the boxkeys and ird from the fix to your irds tsop and write a virgin eeprom. Use N2Edit to read and clean the codespace on your card. Open and write the bin from the fix, which already has a blocker in it, to your card.

Both ways will get you going. You can tweak your card password, timezone, zipcode, blackout, and locals before you write your card or later but I'd suggest at least changing the password beforehand. :hat:

OA data on cam dump wont help the guy if he is tring to put in an ird that the card is not married to.

Use Dt-T1erworks to apply tiers to your Rom102 image...then write image and V22 blocker using N2Edit v1 Beta 7...

Well I only use rom explorer to clean channel tiers off and reorganize my remaining data tiers, I don't use it to make or write tiers to my image. I do that manually with a hex editor. But I have cleaned many bin images and reorganized them with it..it saves alot of cut and pasteing in a hex editor. When you open the bin in rom explorer select the data space tab, there will be 2 small icons above the data window. One will be to reorganize and the other for reorganize and remove all tiers. Click whichever you prefer and then save your bin. You should now have a clean reorganized card image saved.

I have done as mentioned in the 1st paragraph in post #3 on many, many bin images. If it has the 0A??? tier in N2edit when you click on the data types tab then it will have a valid DT08(A) which ever you prefer to call it on the card. All I ever do is add channel tiers with a valid expire date and you MUST set a new valid expire date in the "01" ird tier on the bin image. If you have a blocker that rolls the keys and have your boxkeys and ird numbers right on your ird to match the ones on the card you should have no problems whatsoever.

The info provided by NDCent is correct. I used DT-Tierworks instead of rom explorer and hex editor...To clarify NDCent's instruction in post #3 "write the boxkeys and ird number from the card to your irds UNMODDED tsop"....I'll post step-by-step later, at work right now...

finally got it working,,thanks for the help dtv9,and NDCent!used another cam dump with OA on it,,and ctech changed the dates on it for me,,then i used dt teir works to add channels and ppv string,and it works great.
