I Recently bought a winguard dish 76cm and a orasat receiver v5.0
the reason I bought it is because my wife is vietnamese and I wanted to receive vietnamese programs for my spouse. I 'am new to fta and I hired a so-called professional installer to hook up my unit. he installed it but we were unable to get all of the satellites with my orasat receiver luckly he had in his van a old fta unit and we were able to watch on channel 104 on telstar5 vietnamese programs. he ststed the reason I could not get all the satellites is because my receiver needs to be re-program? is this correct? please help me with this problem

you already got what you wanted for her and that is how i hot got for my lady, just 1 channel vtv4. you can get some thing else for whole family but you need to add another dish( easier than poorman dish); check this post, if you made you decision, post your question here, we will help you to get extra spice for better viewing experience. thanks:beer:
