I installed an autoroll bin onto my multistar max 2500, the superbowl has been messing things up, but all day today it has been updating on and off. It will go down for about 1 min every 5-10 min or so. One time I manully entered the keys that are working now, they worked about 3 min later it autorolled and lost those keys.
Can I stop the autorolling somehow?
Should I install a different bin?

I have the system up and running now, I found that after installing the autobin and an old channel list the channel overwrote the keys and the autoroll didn't seem to work.
I install the bin again and did a channel search, I have tons of channell but not everyone I had before-especially PPV is this common? When I previuosly installed a channel list (oct14channel) all the channels came up, is there any rhyme or reason to this?
