just got off my lazy ass and decided to manually change keys
on my 4k. i was very surprised to find that when i entered
the key screen a totaly different set of keys than what i had
just wrote down from my 5k 2 minutes beforhand.so i scroll
down to 10 then into keys for 10 and by accident went by
first letter/didget combo so i scroll into 11 and then instantly
as i go into 11. TV ??? i said cool go over to the pc and hear that
there is no longer any sound ?? go back to find that the keys
rolled to what they were supposed to be ? but now t.v. is out.
at this moment i believe the keys are showing but infact actually
rolloing via the bin ?? but really has me puzzled is why when i had
originally went into key screen with no t.v. and just highlighted
(not change the key's) the tv came on ??

My CS4K Pro has not experienced ANY problems. I'm using the 1.11 BIN.
Could it be that BEV is the source of the problem ? If BEV is screwing with the keys, then anyone who is pointed at BEV would be susceptible to BEV's stream. Which in turn would affect the keys for DN's 110 & 119.
Conversely, if those of us that are only using 110 & 119 from DN, may not be experiencing the problem ??? Just a thought. I don't understand why some people have been affected, and some haven't. Just trying to get a common denominator. Whatcha think ?

sure wish hustler would pay her LOL) anyways im not pointed at the northern sister. but to clairify what my circumstance is i have two coolsats / 1 5k and 1 4k both running off the same pro quad just 110 / 119 the 5k did not experience any outage what so ever , the 4k just went black and i just left it alone because basicially i rarely use it and wanted to see what would happen.
like i said when i finially looked at it , the keys from yesterday were displayed
but as soon as i highlighted the key box , BOOM t.v. without changing keys
when the t.v. came on the old keys were displayed and i turned it off and posted my original post. just for the hell of it went back to the tv turned it and the coolsat 4k back on and black screen (scrambled channel) so i looked at the keys and they rolled but no tv . so i rebooted the 4k and SHAM A LAM A DING DONG !!! LOL T.V. ???come to think of it i did change the autoroll to off before i rebooted it. at this time i am going to turn the auto roll back on and see what happens hang on .................................................. ............................
ok just turned ecrostar autoroll back on and i still have H.B.O. on ??

i think it was november issue ?

dont think they changed , because like i said originally i checked upstairs on the
5k and wrote the numbers expecting to change them in the 4k but as soon as i highlighted the area in 11 BAM !! ??( ghost in the machine )??;)
