I loaded many Ariza 700's, but Have had 2 receivers with the same problem...After selecting the satellite, lnb type, and 11250 freq, the quality meter reads zero. When I change TP a signal comes, but can on scan 168 channels....almost all are Horizontal TP's. Any suggestions?

what lnb's are you using? also are you using a 4x1 switch? if you are try hooking up right from lnb to ariza and then do a scan.

Standard LNB....direct connection from lnb to receiver. I can get signal when I change TP settings, but can only scan 168-170 channels. All other receivers getting 99% signal on 8.6 Ku. I have to assume that there is a problem with the receiver. Any help is appreciated.

I would suggest looking up the transponder list, and verifing that it matches what your reciever is looking for. I have this problem EVERY time I upload new bin to my reciever (Ariza Xtreme). For some reason, the transponders listed in the reciever don't match what are published for that satellite, so I have to manually change the ones in the reciever to match the ones on the published site--then rescan for channels...
