I have a 3900 vers .05 and have a quad mode jtag with pogo pins. On the jtag it has 2700, 5100, 6000, 3100 and on the left it has read and write. My Question is where should the shunts be placed for my reciever? I took a picture of it but it is hard to read the writing.

just play with it and see what works,,you got a 50 50 chance of getting it right the first time.

use the 2700 spot and set to read--2700 is good for X700,X800and X900 models

okay it worked last night. Now the read and write shunt on the upper left: Do I keep it on read to read the boxkeys and backup my bin files and then swith it to write to load a modified bin file?

sometimes you have to play with it,,but i find most times it will work to read and write in the read posision.
