I have a digiwave 6800 when I scan it I only get about 50 quality . The stength is about 70 which is good I know my dish is ok I am runing other receivers on the same lead coming from the dish that I scaned the 6800 on this is a new box..thankful for any help..........::mad:

Check the DiSEqC swtch NO SW-21 or SW- 34 here with the DG6800.

you did not say what type of switch/lnb, or how many dishes on the system and what level you have on the other receiiver. But you did say you are receiving low signal. You could start by checking the connections, then may be your dish allignment, could be off a bit.
