I see so many ways of programming a 102...How do you recommend on doing one...since this is my only 102. From what I gather...I first read the image in N2Editv7 and save the original....then clean codespace....then open a 3m....then patch a blocker to that ...and then write to card? Is this correct? Will I find the password ok to unlock it when I need to get back in?
And are there any 3m's and blockers you recommend using? I will probably use my 102 in a 3900 or 4900 ird. I appreciate any help I can get. .....Im doing the rom 10's with no problem. Just gotta get my feet wet with the 102's. Oh yea...do we use Nagraedit 4.1 for anythig with the rom102??

use the 102 3m in the files section,,sound like you are on the right path,,no you dont need nagra edit 4.1,,you need the new nagra edit beta to write to 102's,i have been using V16 blocker,but there are newer versions that you might want to lok into,,the super bowl is coming up and they always do something before super bowl it seems like,,even if its as simple as a key change.

Your steps are correct but make sure that you change the password to one of your choice...you can find the location in the blocker itself...On a R102 it is usually at $8260...Apply the blocker last...I personally prefer v22...Good Luck
