Hi all ! my coolsat 4000 everyday kept loosing chanel I dun know why ?? I try to turn on the CH/TP update : ON but NOT work at all ....I use the latest version NORW 1.11 and also my receiver had wrong like ..if u turn the CH/TP ON the Echo 119 it up for couple minute and then BLANK ...NO PIC and SOUND
but Echo 110 still working .....waz wrong with that ??? Do i set something wrong

Well I noticed that you have LNB Freq : 11.200

IT is suppose to be 11250 Please try that.

if i change the LNB Freq 11.200 to 11.250 the Echo 119 not working and the city i live it Glendale , AZ ...most of the LNB for Echo 119 u attached to 110 it RIGHT SIDE ( if look from behind the dish ) but my attached from the LEFT SIDE that why I have to use LNB Freq 11.200

If you think you have a DP' LNB,How about LNB type =osc-dp, 119W = 11.2500 @comm1 and 110W=comm2, factory reset- double check yr dish set as above -auto scan . You will see the diff. I hope!!

I also have a CS4000 with a problem. It was working fine and now it won't change sats or let me turn off LNB power. All i get is 119 and nothing on 110. Switch (sw21) checked ok with another receiver but no luck with coolsat 4k.

slap it around a little bit !!

Power it off from the back and then back on and see if it re-sets:huh:

power it off from behind , unplug it , then un hook the switch , re power up and see if that resets it , if not delete and re load bin your useing

delete everything then do a factory set , reset your lnb / switch settings and re scan

Ok debug i read that you said that your sw 21 switch checked fine with other ird. Well my Friend that is your Problem sw21 is not for FTA Units.if you have a you need to use a diseqc Switch then load the latest bin,do a factory reset, set your Disecq in your receiver. set sort by sid on,renumbering by sid, sort by sid after scan, and turn on the auto ch/tp udate since dish has been playing with transporders lately. do an auto scan and you should be fine all this is presuming you have a legacy set up. so let us know is this works for ya or the set up you have.
and to California i suggest do the same process as i told debbug simple as being that if you know you have a good signal on both birds(sats)110/119 is a transponder issue. dish has been playing with them and turning all the options as i said will help you get all again hopefully. Peace
