Can someone let me the simplest or easest way to program my rom 102??

I'm very new and Very confused, I have read tons of stuff I understand maybe 30% of what I read. I'm hoping someone will be able to walk me threw the process

You need the card unlocked......need modded loader for this or an unlocked card
Need N2editV7 to read and write to card....need ISO programmer for this


DO you have all the stuff needed and are you ready to do the card?
