does the 5000 have better picture detail?

I set one up for a friend and didn't notice that but it is way faster than the 4000. It has better EPG (Hours in advance compared to minutes with a 4000)
Scanning for channels is way faster too. I would go for it.

I bought two of the 5000 ... Have to say that they are great. Am "testing" them on a quad pro lnb..

just setup a 5000 for my bro with the latest bin, the EPG is great, much faster,
all information pops up for the channels my 4000 has trouble with that!

I does look better than viewsat i have never test with viewsat but a friend of mine has one and yes my Goolsat 5000 EGP is way better.
