The loader won't open files in unit.....seems to hang up.... When I try to download channels on Satilite I get a response "NO DIGITAL TP" ?????? Is there a factory bin (I don't know how to load it into unit programer won't work) Any suggestions on what I can do

ryan, what bin did you use before it happened? the correct loader for orasat is "main Fw down-tool" but not "main fw download-tool". do the factory set(reset) will take care of it, but you have to redo lnb configuration, post your result, it does not matter the problem completely solved or not, so we can learn from it and also for you to get fast answer next time

I tried again today....same procedure as yesterday the loader opened unit up without any problems. Did my scans reconfigured lns (dishpro 500) all working great.I have no idea why this wouldn't work last night.

i think most of the times, it caused by using wrong cable.
