I decided to buy a few of these units (Didnt want to drop the extra 100 bucks on a koolsat at the time)and i have add pretty good service so far and ive been testing all types of clones all up and running,but low and behold i had to fight with this one on the key input .The first time i changed the keys i used the second nag box on the key edit menu and only entered first set and bada bing tv.this time i had to enter on the first nag box and enter both sets the new and old but i didnt load a key data file this time just did the key change hope this helps some peeps out.:D
