just incase some may miss the other posts how to access cas menu for keys change.
while watching tv with all scrambled channels, enter 6969, press blue key on remote control(sleep key), use channel down and scroll to line #5=provider 010100 index 10, press ok, enter 10 plus the "first line" of keys, press ok.
scroll down to line #6 =provider 010100 index 20, press ok, enter 20 plus the keys on second line, press ok, press exit key and enjoy watching tv:beer:
for nimiq is line 7&8 provider 0901 index 10 and 20

Hijack the thread, Asking Pansat in OraSat forums, if you post in the right section, or start new thread , I think you will get better help and responding.
Anyway to answer you question:
If those sat is on the top, first from the satellite list, then try this How to fix: Pansat Missing satellite http://forums.dsstester.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=44123
