Ok, we have the unit attached to the computer with the proper cable. We have the panloader program with the new bin. Do we need a program for the computer to recognize that the unit is attached to it. Should we go out and buy a USB port cable. Maybe someone could walk me through the steps of how to update our unit........PLEASE!!!
