I got my 3500S just about a month ago,it was workimg fine untli yesterday,it wont download new bin file for 110&119.During the download the progress % on the computer is lower then what is displayed on the receiver.The receiver stops at 130% downloaded but the computer is still at 94% in process.I reset to factory defalt.Try to download again with no result.The wierd part about it is that the 97 is working just fine. Can anyone help me with this problem
