I have Coolsat 4000, my question is, do I always have to flash it first with with the factory bin before I load any other bin? If I only want to load the channel list do I have to go through the whole flashing process of loading bin, keys, etc or I can just overrwrite the channel list?

You can just write the new bin over the new bin.

If you just want to load the new channel list, all you have to do is delete the channel list form the remote control, then load the new list, you don't have to flash the bin for that.
