Help please :(
Here's my setup
Dish 500 with Switch 21
I followed instructions found here

Ran channel scanning fine, it detected all the channels, but I'm still not getting anything, it shows blackscreen with error message "scrambled or bad channel",
Please help.

Actually I'm getting some channels like 1XXX channels, but not getting anything from 1XX to 9XX. Can anyone lend some helps?

The problem is your SW-21, the SW21 is not compatable with FTA receiver.

Actually no, I should have put DiSeqC instead of SW21, and I fixed the problems. I just misplaced the outputs of the LNBS on the Diseqc, it worked now. Getting all channels, little weaker signal strength than on the Echostar IRD though.
