I bought a Pansat 3500S.
I bought a cable RS-232C db9 at Radio Schack
I downloaded the loader (BlacklistX_05BL.Loader.V3.37), and the last bin X-05BL_050924_117eubx_api Bin File.

I tried to download the Bin File to the receiver using the Blacklist Loader, but the communication always fail.

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

Make sure your comm port setting is correct, sometime you might plug in for comm #2, instead of comm #1

Make sure it is a null modem cable...
