As most of us, I've found my 2500 to be a clone. I'm now posed with the question of buying a non-clone 2500 or a 2700. If you check out e-world (online auction), the 2500s are going like hot-cakes, even the ones that are stated clone. It might just be the preference that people maintain for the 2500, or just stupidity. Therefore, I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me as to which is the case.

Been using the 2500 for about 1 year now. I am currently setting up a 2700 for a friend. I can tell you that the remote for the 2700 is much better than the 2500.

I thought they discontinued the 2500's for the 2700.Must be old stock or clones.If your getting a new one i would be getting a 2700 unless 2500's are alot cheaper.

Why would you buy another pansat after the whole 251bin fiasco? coolsat and dreambox are looking pretty good right now. DVB cards are looking good now too.
