I tried a few times to update the f/w in this 3500s, but I get a 'not responding' in Device Manager. I'm running 2k w/sp4.
I have checked which com port and the data rate it is set for. There is nothing else running on the other serial port (something is connected, but not running). The receiver does seem to respond to the attempted flash as it seems to do a reset after I 'end task'.
The progress bar stops at 1% everytime. Again this is a 'bin' file from the Pansat website with no other flash attempted. The null cable came with the receiver as a promotion.

Any ideas?

turn the receiver off on the back then turn it on. When B-70 comes on the display hit download.
