i dont know it its a good idea or not but i cand get my pantec to lode a clean version of the 352 bin, soooo i decided that i might just swap out my old tired 29lv800bbtc-70(1mb) with a 29lv800btc90(2mb) or eaven a 29f800btc70(4-8mb) tsop chips, if anyone has tried this ad faild please tell me now or it you want me to kill my reciver with a bad chip by allmeans egg my on,. cuz' ill do it im crazy, i wont give up on my little pantec i wont do it.

what i foundout so-far

1MB 29LV800BTC 70 BAD
1MB 29LV800BBTC 70 BAD
1-2MB? 29LV800BTC 90 BETTER?
4-8MB? 29F800BTC(70/90/120) BETTER STILL? SEEM TO HAVE TWICE THE MEM.

i dont know but i think that ill have to rip a router or two apart for the sake of testing. they seem plentiful and a flash chip should be the same as another, right?, well let me know what you think

portabuddy I do not think the problem with the pantec is the tsop it is the processor. That is the reason for the resistor mod on the processor for the panteC. Do some reasearch to be sure this is right. Good luck I trashed the processor on mine. Thanks phantom
