i dont even get a signal which i did before... and my dish hasnt changed postitions....can someone explain how to do it properly!!!

wait wait....what exactly are you having problems with???, what file doesn't work?? what receiver do you have???

i used the al7bar fta ultra 050905 279_api(ntsc) file that is supposed the N2 fix and flashed it to my fortec ultralifetime receiver ....and it can find any transponders anymore ....is the receiver hooped now??? Tell me the exact procedure u did to get yours working

sorry i have the fortec ultralifetime star receiver!!

well...i just hooked the cable up, and uploaded the file onto the receiver, and got my ppv's back on on the 110 sat.
nothing changed...as far as the chan list, or any of the sat's that i was picking up, so it's all the same now as it was month and a half ago whenever all those chans were working

well i see other people are having trouble too it seems like you are the only one that its working for....so you must be doing something special

try doing a sat scan and chan scan, maybe that will take care of it
it could be that your lnb just went bad, i would look into that, that happened to me once when i had dtv sub, no channels, had to get a new lnb

what do i set the file type as

its not my lnb...cus i reflashed it with the original flash and GOLTv is working now and im getting a strong signal!!....so i will try it again

do u have the star receiver and if so what did u do

check diseq settings even without getting channels you should get signal...

yes, fortecstar lifetime ultra.... I flashed the file like I did before and load channel list to it as well, and I got ppvs and others, I didn't even scan as some peoples recomend....

but when i reflash the receiver with the factory flash and bin ...my signal is fine....and i get GOLTV which isnt affected by the streams...so my settings are fine

when you flash new file the setting will change unless you use the same channel list file....and it's ok to check it again do you have a switch at all???
