it sounds like it is a TSOP ecm.. if your not locked it seems to not affect you!!The last one was a reciever eprom hit!! pull your cards anyways and wait till we know more!

AVR3, with pin 8 cut on eeprom and have not had any problems yet.

But will keep posted here.

It depends on the reciever you have whether or not you get the nag.

I've got a 4900 with plastic no nags.
Most of the high end recievers are working as well 7100s etc, it seems to be targeted at certain recievers with locks.

Just kick me if you think Im wrong, but do you think that maybe it all has to do with this free programs coming up ? Maybe with the TSOP and Eprom locked we cant get whats needed and get the nag. I read on other sites about people without locks and no nag messages. Others with locks and nag.. Both on 2700 receivers. I also read where some put in there subbed cards and unlocked and everythings working fine. Im on the fence so far... :confused:

so Should we unlock the tsop and leave the eeprom locked?? Does any one have any suggestions or ideas?? :confused: :confused:
