The ecm is definitely targetting:
-Rom2 (288-01) cards w/o blocker
-Rom3 (288-02) cards w/o blocker

-DishCoder Avr3


This ecm may be similar to DishNetwork's last ecm where they executed tier wipes immediately prior to targetting receivers with the 'W' update.
