I downloaded all the updates and autorolls for the panset 2700 and now the box is not working.Can someone please help.

do a scan on the satelite. go into menu pick the dish satelite and do a scan.

the first question, was the signal on both 119 and 110 satellites working?
Look at the 119 setup under installation and check for the right settings such
as setting of lnb as normal,thefreq 11250 and the switch as#1 or what ever your preference is.
