CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF I CAN PROGRAM A DISH CARD WITH A T5 TYPHOON WITH NO SWITCHES? I TRIED TO READ CAM IN XCEL2.0 AND IT KEEPS TELLING ME TO INSERT CARD ANY SUGGESTIONS? THANKS THE BEER MAN :cool:

You can't just run xcel nagraedit, or freetalk with a regular loader.. THANKS No I'm sorry it won't...Altho some people say it will work, but I have yet to see one that will PROPERLY load a card....I have tried it and trashed 2 rom3's My opinion is to get a programmer that does dish, needs the 3.68 crystal in it... HerbGreen III 12-16-2001, 04:53 PM Yes it will, BUT I suggest you break down and get a dual programmer... If you're not sure what to do with echoloader, then this program really isn't for you... I'm just saying that because it will loop your card with 1 mistake.... DISH 12-16-2001, 06:35 PM A regular iso with a 3.57 MHz Crystal will also work most of the time. All you need to do is calibrate the card in freetalk. Your dumps wont be as reliable or nearly as fast as with a iso with a 3.68 MHz Crystal But This is a good alternative to the Echoloader Method. If so go to this site Click Here (http://www.intelogic.net/downloadarea.asp) PCarpet 12-22-2001, 09:50 AM what do you mean program the com port?? actually i put in the dishnet card into the programmer i read it with extreme for hu, just to see what would happen... anyways i got a weird atr.. but when i tried using the programmer with hu, it took almost 20 glitches, i tried re flashing, rebooting the computer.. and nothing... so i unplugged it for a bit and tried again and it was fine??? whats going on? can anyone help? |
