What type card? what program you using? can you still get into the card?
Tsop can be checked with a jtag, they can be homemade or bought... i suggest you buy one if you are not good with soldering iron ......

ok seems that your card is a rom 10 (288-10 from your other post), you can read these cards but cannot be dumped yet(that I know of)...must use a avr3 with the card....
Except one that has just come out a "CARDLESS" avr3 out released on oct 26, don't need a card at all!!! Just reciever and boxkeys!!
besides forget eepedit(isn't that for dtv?LOL :D), use freetalk and/or nagra, always get a good blocker code for your specific card...
I'm not sure b-v systems work the same as dish.... Well, good luck..!!

First off so far I am impressed with the respoce time on this forum :) . second as far as i know b-v systems are exactly the same as dish . I think I am going to have to do some more resarch I guess about the blocker thing . now question if I can not use the card I can still use a jtag and get the box keys and go that way . Think I will make one worst I can do is blow up the reciever LOL . Any other help relative to b-v/dish is greatly appreciated .

I think I am going to have to do some more resarch I guess about the blocker thing
Here is the FAQ out of nagra blocker62:
Nagra Blocker FAQ
Q: What is this Blocker code?
A: The Blocker code is a piece of code coming to you as a script that you can
load onto your original card.
Q: What does the blocker code do?
A: The Blocker code will:
a) Work on all providers
b) auto-roll / auto-update when there is a keychange
c) get new boxkeys if transmitted
d) keep you in control so you can dump the card whenever you want
e) Prevent your valuable card from being marked and/or looped
Q: On what cards can I load the blocker code?
A: On All rom 003 cards that did not take the hole closing code and
on all rom 002 cards.
Make sure you select the right file for your card (See below)!!
Q: How safe is this blocker code?
A: The currently included blocker code is VERY safe to use.
Q: How can you say that?
A: The blocker code is written in such a way that your card will not execute
any code other than the code that is allowed (key update).
Before executing the keyupdate, Blocker does a number of low level tests so
that it knows for sure the key update is not a fake package!
Also the blocker code will make sure that the IRD can not easily detect a
difference between full original cards and blocked cards.
Q: What is the difference between AVR and blocker code?
A: The AVR is a device that uses the origal card as a slave.
The original card is only used for some functions.
Blocker is loaded on an original card and protects the card
from taking any unwanted code.
Q: Some say AVR is more secure, is that true?
A: I do not agree. The AVR does not respond to all the commands as an original
card would do. This is a security risk and gives your provider a chance to
ECM your box. Of course you do not have to use the Blocker code. Its free
and other than the original card and a reader to load it you dont need
anything else. There are various other options and if your unsure then read
about the posibilities first.
Q: Do I need the Blocker code when I am using an AVR?
A: No, you do not need it. But it does not hurt! What if your grandma who
visits once a year takes out that strange looking construction and places
the card right in the IRD? Better safe than sorry..
Q: If I put the blocker code on my card can I remove it and restore
the card to its original state later on?
A: Yes, you are in control. Make sure you have a backup dump of the
original card eeprom image.
Q: What channels will my card open when I put the Blocker code on it?
A: None. The Blocker code is created to let you have control over your card.
It keeps the backdoors open and protects the card against unwanted
changes. If you want to open channels use tools that are created for that
purpose.
Q: How do I load the Blocker code on my card?
A: First of all make sure that reading/writing your card does not give any
problems. Use FreeTalk 1.2 to write the additional code to the card.
Q: I am going to sub, what do I need to load?
A: From now on, ALL included blocker files allow you to get the box key.
As the card does Auto-Roll it will also open some channels if you supplied
the right tier settings.
1) apply blocker 5.3 or most prefered 6.2 to a rom 3 card
2) add some tiers to the card so that you can see channels open.
This is needed because blocker rejects tier changes.
3) make sure that the card has all data loaded in the right way.
This means blocker and tiers loaded, bugcatcher table modified and E051
has to be returned to the 0A value (only during programming it has to be 00..
the blocker ne3 handles this normally)
4) call in to dish.
Note: The number in the cards eeprom has to match the number on the back of
the card.
Q: Why is there also a blocker for Rom 002 cards, there is no hole closing
code for the Rom 002 card?
A: The hole closing code was only send out to Rom 003 cards but they might
send it to 002 cards later on. So why wait.. Don't be a sitting duck..
protect your 002 card now it still can be done.
Q: I see there is now a Blocker for Rom 007, I never heard of it before.
A: Thats right, Rom 007 cards are used mainly in europe.
Q: Does Blocker work on Rom010 cards or Rom003 that took the recent updates?
A: No and No. To be sure your card can be read use FreeTalk 1.2 to check if
The card has the hole closing code on it.
Q: What EEPROM revision should I have on my card?
A: Any version should work but when it is very old you better upgrade to a
newer revision as the revisions also hold normal bug fixes.
Q: Are daylight savings supported?
A: Yes, just like all official cards the card with this blocker code on it
will change that if needed.
Q: What version goes with what card?
A: See table:
Rom 2 cards:
------------
DN rev. 048 & 052 ==> Blocker53.ne2
Others might work but are not tested!
Rom 3 cards:
------------
DN rev. 313, 367, 369, 370, 372 ==> Blocker62.ne3
VU rev. 372
Special versions needed for:
VD rev. 317: ==> B61VD317.ne3
VD rev. 323: ==> B61VD323.ne3
Others might work but are not tested!
Rom 7 cards:
------------
UK/Turkey/Poland rev. 704 ==> Blocker61.ne7
Others might work but are not tested!
--------------------------------------------
now question if I can not use the card I can still use a jtag and get the box keys and go that way .
Yes you can use the card with an avr3 but you need the box-keys, yes you can get the box-keys with a jtag...
If you want to use cards get a rom2 or early rom3(this card must have been out of the stream before july 2001, data hole was closed by dish)..Also want to lock the TSOP I have some links for this but have to find them, gotta go pressed for time,
Good Luck!!!
or do some research on the "phantom" it's the cardless avr3 setup...
