I tried 'getkey' for an updated set of keys but still get blank screen...Am I missing something when configuring with Jeepers? pls help......or guide me to the right procedures and settings......thx

When using the get keys option in Jeepers are these the keys you are receiving:

key0= E6 BE 93 EF 49 F9 99 D5<~~~active

key1= 1F 74 32 95 F7 38 7D F0

Key 1 changed earlier this evening and then went back to the old keys

what do you mean by active?

If what i have above is correct, any other suggestions of what i might be doing wrong or overlooking?

2 things to check:

1. Key, make sure you get the correct key key0= E6 BE 93 EF 49 F9 99 D5<~~~active
key1= 1F 74 32 95 F7 38 7D F0

2. Double check the box key #, make sure it correct BK#.
