how to fix

press menu
go down to parental controlls, and press ok
press down arrow and enter 0000 thats 4 zeros
now go down to nagravision and press ok

now press the right side arrow next to the ok button 11 times untill it sais dish network
now press the down arrow 1 time
now press the right side arrow 1 time, key number should read 01 now
now press the down arrow 1 time

and press the following buttons

0 1 SIG 5 EPG i 2 1 3 7 i 6 SIG 0 5 SAT


after this the key data should read


01 C5 FB 21 37 B6 C0 5E

now press the ok button! then press exit to exit the menu and ur done

The only thing I would add is:in the parental controls section, then scroll down to "second pin" to place in the 4 zeros.

Please turn Key code function off and then back on to and sure it takes effect.

then enter new key 01 key1:01 C5 FB 21 37 B6 C0 5E in key data > the "ok" to save > then exit out <<<
