In the instructions when it says "turn the 2500A power ON" does that mean to turn it on so that the clock is being displayed or does that mean to turn it on so a channel is displayed?

What are U trying to do, that might be helpful. If U are trying to flash the unit it means to turn it on from the back( toggle switch). A vee bit more info is necessary!!
