There is no need to mod the Bin file, every thing is already in it that you need.

What you can do is instead of scanning the Sats for channels, is to load your own channel list with Gtools:

What I was asking is when they get hit how does someone create another one or is it just the chanel list that gets hit???

It is not open source so when they do get hit you have to wait for the powers up above to fix it and release.
