What type of dish are you using? it sounds like you are pointed at 91w expressvu, you need to point your dish to 119w. If you have an 18" dish with one lnb then you will only get one sat at a time.

look in file section there is a angle calculator enter where you are and the sat cords 110 119 and it will tell you where to aim your dish sounds like you are actually trying to point dish at 119 and going to 91 cause its a signal in that general area the sat is not actully at 119 from your house
get calc and good luck
(sorry to insult you if you new this but many people try actually aiming at magnetic 110,119,91 )you won`t find the birds there where i am 119 is at 237 /110 at 227/
