Ok, struggling here..for 4 hours. Trying to use above listed program and can't get the toolbar , status bar. How can we rectify this?
We are using win ME and noticed those with win98 are experiencing same prob.

Plse help asap

simple. use the windows 98 version of 1.85; once you open it, right click on the box above the channels and set option 2. then proceed.

p.s. I and a veteran tester struggled with this earlier only to kick ourselves in the "DAVE" after realizing how simple it was.

I had the same problem at first and found that right clicking didn't allow access to the options menu. So here is what i found,
Open up Gtools and let the screen finish loading then minimize, open another screen of gtools and let that one finish loading and the minimize.
Go back and open up the first one and you should now find the menu bars at the top are now fully accessable! Sounds wierd i know, but it works!!

.
I tried to re flash Pansat flash from their site, basically to start fresh and I rec'v error message of flash failed????

What am I to do now? Thanks so much

if you have the correct version of the gtools, the right click works. there are step by step instructions included with the download.
