Just want to send out a big welcome and thanks to WorldWideSatellites.com (http://ads.dsstester.com/adclick.php?bannerid=18&zoneid=2&source=&dest=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.worldwidesatellites.com) who have today started supporting this forum. This Canadian company has been around for a while and they are your safest bet for ordering FTA and Dish goods online. They also have the best prices I have seen anywhere and are extremely quick and responsive to customer inquiry. Unbelievably they also do COD to the US. I completely recommend you check them out.

stryker $150 shipped sounds very low. ive seen prices range from $175 to $299 + shipping for the 2500a model. we also provide the straight through cable and 4in1 switch, the only place I could think the pansats are that low is from fleabay some people dont want to chance loosing money.

The switch and cable are included when you purchase a Pansat 2500A? I looked at the details of 2500A and it doesn't state that, maybe I'm blind. If so, good deal for the price.

There are dealers out there who will try to sell you a Coship, Pansat, or other receiver that they claim works just the same as other recievers. The tricky part is that their claims are technically true.

Remember that all FTA receivers are NOT made for testing. They are made to receive free-to-air broadcasts and nothing more. So to say that the Coship, for example, works the same as the Team WWS reciever is a true statement when the reciever is used for its factory-intended purpose. Therein lies the key.

The these other recievers or "equivalents" have not been hacked. Therefore, until there is a confirmed hack for other receivers—that is confirmed and verified by trusted members of the forums—only buy the FTA recievers reccommended here. Accept no imitations!

Yes, very well put MuTaTeD. The folks at WWS are very pleasent and excellent to deal with, class A stuff and customer service is second to none. Peeps check them out, you won't be disappointed.

the description under the pansat says its includes the updating cable = straight through cable. 4in1 switchs arent normally included with this receiver but we have an overstock of 500+ switches that were including 1 free switch with every receiver.
