i have a pansat. flashed it and everything. was lucky enough to buy a house with a dishnetwork sat already on it. i get my strongest meter reading on echo7 t2.....99%. when i check sig......99%. but every channel has the same thing......bad channel or scrambled......what gives.

Did go to the menu and select "Parental Controls" (Use "0000" for all of the PIN numbers).
