I received my pansat yesterday. I have flashed it and followed instructions. I have a dish network dish but have it pointed for dave. Today I am going to move it to dnetwork sat. Do I hook the cable in from sat to the if input and to my tv from the if output? Also I have the dise switch. Is that if you are using 4 lnbs?

from the dish you go to "rf input" on the silver bullet. use "out to t.v." from the receiver to the t.v. i don't believe the 4-LNB DTV dish has the right circuitry to receive the NAGRAVISION signals, but i haven't actually tried that.

Depends, does your dish have seperate lnbs? To pick up dish, you need a lnb pointed at each of their sats, that's why you'll read about the 110, and 119 bird. I know on another site, xxx.dsshelper. ,[altho this site is MUCH better] there's a VERY good thread showing pictures of [pretty much] every piece available from dishs, switches, lnbs AND explaining about each dish and each lnb what works and what won't and diagrams on hooking up!
