go to utilities,and it has bin to hex ,hex to bin.maybe save as myatmega pfg file then,dont know if it would work,but maybe,just a thought

that was the key. I decided to use TCFD-II and it works. Only problem is, even though I added ppv string I still can't get any ppv. Any ideas I may use?

What you need to do is when click on the dish logo it will open up nagraedit. you will then open patch atmega rom3 tiers. You then need to test and run it also. Then you save it as myrom3. bin. You when you close out you can go back into nagraedit open up myrom3.bin and go to dataeditor and see on the left hand side (at the bottom) if your ppv string is in there. If it is then your ok.
