Well here is very simple how to instruction on installing a digital lock on all models. Just dont get any easyer then this.......

Not sure if they fixed this since your posting Mook but I just downloaded it and extracted everything and all is fine on my end friend. Hope ya get it lined out.

Note: If your are useing WINXP and useing the built in extraction software thats within XP, when you try to open the image it will show you whats in the file as if it were extracted but thats not the case. You will have to look to the upper left of this window and hit extract all. At this point you can go to the folder you have extracted and all will be well. Hope this helps.

for the 501/508/510 pvr models. Oddcircuits has the programmable locks that prevent the recordings from being erased. Was not easy with the cut trace and lift pin but does work great.

P.S. - here is the 7100/7200 tsop lock.

is the 3700 be the same as the 3800-3900?

Hi, happened to run into this digi lock post. Unfortunately as of now, most digital locks are practically obsolete. Except for say the newer Auto Reset Digital Locks, nice though.
