I need help with programing rom10 card I read card oK Cleaned card successfully checked all numbers (ird, cam id, keys, zip and everything. checked for zero's and 0's all is right. I wrote script to card successfully. when I put card in and turn on I get error message 020 The Smart Card Currently inserted is not valid for use with this receiver. What am i doing wrong...........receiver is 2700 I have correct ird # and box keys.

Be sure you have the correct ird hex and bx keys...I know you think you do but double check them to be sure.

Remember, you have to convert the IRD number into hexidecimal code before putting it on the card.

No, it not camid, verify you IRD #, and box key #. when you converting the IRD # R 01-2345-6789-00 and CAMID S 01-2345-6789-00 the last 2 digit( 00 ) is the checksum#, do not use the last 2 # when you convert them.

you can put any camid it will work, cause it has to be a valid good id, that will last long time, if you don't have sub
