I need a atmel 8515 chip 40 pins...what I got is a chip that sits in a dip socket and only has 5 wires running to the pins... it was one of the frist AVR...

So what I need is a programmer or a eazy way to program the chip...like schematics or something.... the chip come off and when i but it in my loader to read card it come up as,...

EEPROM Revision: Rev369
Logging into card
Checking for BackDoor
BackDoor appears to be closed, aborting
Error reading image from card
Closing of COM1 was successful

so i need some schematics on how to make a chip programer or to EMU step by step info thanks
