i found an alleged p4 dump on another p4 site...i dont know how to read it its a .bin i will post it below....i doubt its real

hope someone can read this file and tell me what it is...hope its help to somene....,i doubt it is something though

That file has been making the rounds for about two weeks. It looks good at first glance, but there are a few telltale lines that discredit it. General opinion now is that is is a cleaver forgery.
