I am looking in to different free to air solutions, I would really like BEV as I am canadian. I am just wondering what are the best options for this satellite?

I like the sound of the Blackbird but it is one of the more expensive receivers, but if it's the best option then obviously I'll pay the price.

you got the choice of the blackbird receiver or buy a dvb card.
They both will pick up bell and dishnetwork at the same time.
I currently use the dvb card and i receiver bell and dishnetwork.
The differences are bb receiver only gets the bell guide, and the
dvb cards get bell guide and dishnetwork guide and the dvb card is pci card that is ran in the computer, a lot cheaper too.

Why not just buy Bev IRD and test, but anyway, just for a head up, read forims rule #6 http://forums.dsstester.com/vbb/announcement.php?f=8 before the conversation get to far.

Check out the Pansat 2300a available in Canada at kusat.com Cheap and great receiver. mxyplyx
